Our Story & Ocean Commitment

Every departure follows low-impact principles, including plastic reduction, coral-friendly mooring zones, and community sourcing, so both travelers and islands are cared for.

Corporate Social Responsibility & Community Commitment

At H Hospitality Group, our commitment extends beyond hospitality excellence. Through sustained initiatives, we support people, communities, and the environment to help build a more sustainable future for El Nido.

Paw Rescue Project

Working with volunteer veterinarians and local teams, we supported a focused sterilization drive that treated 382 animals, including 221 cats and 161 dogs, to improve animal welfare in the community.

Gift Giving & Children's Meal Outreach

HHG teams brought gifts and warm meals to around 700 children in Barangay Mabini, delivering meaningful care to one of El Nido's remote communities.

Support for Local Seniors

Through employee donations and a charity sale, we launched our first cash-and-gift giving initiative for 50 seniors in Barangay Mabini with dignity and gratitude.

School Brigade 2025

HHG volunteers cleaned classrooms, repaired desks, repainted learning spaces, and donated PHP 100,000 worth of construction materials to support local schools before the new term.

Annual Blood Donation Drive

In partnership with the Philippine Red Cross Palawan Chapter, our second major blood drive collected 48 blood bags and strengthened life-saving support in El Nido.

Community Support & Local Employment

HHG currently helps sustain around 500 families, with more than 70% of our workforce from El Nido, backed by competitive compensation and a supportive workplace culture.

Sea Turtle Conservation

We release 8,000 to 10,000 sea turtles annually and continue conservation education for employees and guests, reaching over 49,500 rescued and rehabilitated turtles by 2024.

Brigada Eskwela & Internship Development

Beyond school repair donations and volunteer work, we provide student internships across F&B, housekeeping, front office, HR, accounting, and procurement to bridge education and careers.

Community Engagement & Employee Clubs

From our 2023 basketball championship to the HHG choir and dance club, we cultivate teamwork, work-life balance, and stronger connections with the local community.

From stray animal sterilization and nutrition programs to annual holiday giving, HHG believes every concrete action can improve El Nido. We remain committed to creating long-term positive impact for people, communities, and the environment.
